Borl acts as the mayor, innkeeper, and chief busybody of the village. While not particularly charming, he does tend to get around to speaking with all the merchants as well as has eye on most of the comings and goings for the caravans themselves. Borl has a knack for remembering faces and details about people and almost everyone seems to know him.

Although he is the innkeeper for the Eagle’s Eye Tavern, he does not own it, a fact known to very few people in town.
